- Careful handling of your new mattress throughout the delivery process
Delivery Requirements
To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure:
- The delivery path is clear and accessible.
- Someone 18 years or older is available to receive the delivery.
- The room where the mattress will be placed is ready for setup.
- The old mattress is accessible and ready for removal if you are requesting removal service.
Old Mattress Removal
We will remove your old mattress as part of our White Glove Delivery service when requested at the time of delivery.
Mattresses must be reasonably accessible and free of excessive debris, pests, bodily fluids, or hazardous materials. Our delivery team may decline removal if the mattress presents a health or safety concern.
Service Limitations
White Glove Delivery is available in eligible delivery areas and applies to qualifying purchases. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard delivery area or for special delivery circumstances.
Our delivery team cannot move or disassemble large furniture, bed frames, or other household items that may be blocking access to the delivery area.
Delivery dates and times are subject to availability. We will contact you to coordinate your delivery appointment.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver within the scheduled timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, inventory availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and will communicate any significant changes to your delivery appointment.
