Always a great experience at Mattress Stop! I bought a mattress from Ramin about 5 or 6 years ago. The mattress was fantastic the whole time. I was buying a smaller bed & didn’t want to go anywhere else but back to the Mattress Stop. Great customer service, very knowledgeable about their products, and laid back sales tactics that don’t make you feel pressured.

He gives you time to try out the mattresses for yourself & ponder your decision without hovering, which sets this store apart from just about any corporate store you can think of. A dear friend with serious medical challenges needed a very specific bed to sleep without pain, and this incredible team delivered and replaced the bed three different times just to make sure everything was perfect. I recently stopped at mattress Stop after leaving my orthopedic surgeon‘s office and scheduling back surgery. About two years ago, I purchased a memory foam mattress from a large retail store ever since I bought that mattress, I had been having back issues So I decided to buy a new mattress.

I read the reviews online and all the reviews talked about Sergio and his customer service so I decided to stop by. I was not disappointed. Sergio was awesome helpful friendly I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes and very satisfied with my purchase.

My mattress was delivered the next day and I’ve been sleeping comfortable every night since it is now about three weeks later the mattresses is one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m glad I stopped by and read all the reviews. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the market for a new mattress give it a try.
