30-Day Comfort Period
After your mattress is delivered, we ask that you give your body 30 days to adjust to your new mattress. This break-in period allows you time to get used to the feel, firmness, and support of your new bed.
If, after the 30-day break-in period, you’re not 100% happy with your mattress, let us know. We’ll work with you to find a different model that better fits your comfort needs.

Comfort Exchange
- A 30-day break-in period is required before requesting an exchange.
- After 30 days, you may contact Mattress Stop if your mattress isn't the right comfort or feel for you.
- We’ll help you select a different mattress model that better suits your needs.
- Any price difference between the original and replacement mattress may apply.
- The replacement mattress must meet Mattress Stop’s eligibility requirements and be in acceptable condition.
- Original delivery, setup, or other service fees may be subject to the terms of your purchase.
- One comfort exchange per mattress purchase.
- Clearance, floor-model, or specially marked final-sale items may be excluded.
