Highly recommend David! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had a great conversation, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely ask for David if you’re looking for a mattress!

非常好的一次尝试在这里，床垫的品类很丰富，软的硬的适中的都有这个服务员也非常的好，他的名字叫David

David’s service was very helpful and give great advices, would recommend anyone to come if they need help

I’ve bought from Mattress Stop twice already. I was looking for a new mattress and box spring after my old mattress was causing me neck pain. Richard and David were really good at helping me find the right Mattress and Box Spring I was looking for. They made sure to help me get a top quality mattress at a very fair price. My grandma is looking to replace her mattress soon and these are the first people I’m going to once it’s time to upgrade her bed set. Definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking for a good mattress at a reasonable price, they’ll take care of you.

We came in here looking for a new mattress and left with a great experience thanks to David! He was very patient while we tested out all the mattresses and was very knowledgeable. Definitely check them out

Great service, excellent customer care! Ramin will take care of anything you need

Sergio was great he showed us amazing mattresses and deal I am very happy with my experience

Great experience purchasing our mattress! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. They made everything easy and helped us find the right mattress for our needs. Highly recommended!

Kade was extremely kind and knowledgeable about every product in the store. The process felt seamless. We walked in and out feeling great and excited about our new mattress! Definitely recommend coming here for anyone looking to swap out their current mattress situation. 😊

David was super helpful from start to finish. He walked us through the different mattresses at different price points to make sure we knew what was available. He ran us through pricing and was super transparent about the process. Quick and efficient!

We replaced a 2006 mattress with a “Black Ice” from Mattress Shop. Very pleased with the mattress and service.

David was amazing to us! He was so honest and genuine, he helped us pick the best bed and mattress for our liking making a great deal work out! He put our needs and wants into consideration and gave us our dream comfort! Definitely so patient and understanding. He made our delivery date be as soon as possible on a date that accommodated us and delivery was so quick and the guys were a great help! I would definitely recommend this place to someone who’s looking for a new bed / mattress and doesn’t know where to start this place was great!

Great shop. Such a nice experience and amazing quality.

Kade was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about every mattress and so kind. Plenty of quality mattresses in the store with great prices. The owner, Richard, was very polite and helpful too. They are helping to get our mattresses delivered on an exact date, which no other store could guarantee us. Top quality place all around. Highly recommend.

The best. They are so knowledgeable. We went to all the fancy mattress places and almost way over paid for a mattress. We came here and they had exactly what we were looking for at a great price. They answered all of my questions and didn't try to upsell or sway my opinion. Truly the best. They delivered super fast and took away the old mattress. Great business and great people

Ramin is amazing. You won’t find a better mattress for a better price. It was delivered fast and they took our old mattress. No problems, great communication, I can’t say enough nice things. I won’t buy a mattress anywhere else.

Bought a mattress and bed frame for a good deal. David helped me try out a bunch of different mattresses and walked me through the best options. Felt like I had good autonomy and he helped get it delivered and setup in the same day as when I showed up! Would recommend

Best mattress in L.A. better than sit and sleep. Quality and price excellent. Same day delivery. ( the special is free).

You know it's a high quality place when you nearly fall asleep on each mattress you try because they're so comfortable...Richard & Sergio are so chill and "low-sell" and super knowledgeable. They made certain we got the best value for the best sleep possible.

I'm thrilled that my back pain has finally disappeared after purchasing this memory foam mattress. I now sleep like a baby every night and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The staff was wonderful and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I'll definitely be back for another mattress once I move. A+

Ramin is AMAZING! He introduced himself as soon as we arrived. He is VERY knowledgeable about the business and patient with the process! He was very down to earth and transparent about your purchase. We felt very comfortable with our decision and with how professional Ramin conducted himself. Great Job & Thank You So Much! 🙏🏾🥰

I've been mattress hopping for a while, comparing different stores, and I'm so glad I stumbled upon Mattress Stop. I definitely made the right choice because they offered the lowest price I could find, even after comparing with other places.

Thank you for taking the time to explain which mattress would be the best fit for my family. I really appreciated the honest advice and excellent customer service.

They also have four locations, which makes delivery convenient anywhere across LA. If you're looking for great prices and helpful staff, I highly recommend Mattress Stop!

David was super friendly and helpful, he made sure we were getting the best fit for our needs and at a reasonable price range. He also worked very well within our budget and ensured we tried out many different options before settling on the best fit and that we were satisfied before we put in our order. Plus side, his dogs are very cute and sweet! We recommend this shop to anyone who wants a personal touch to their shopping experience :)

This is a fabulous place to buy a mattress. A few years ago we bought a mattress for our daughter & recently returned to buy an adjustable mattress for us. Ramin, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about anything to do with mattresses. He is also very attentive & patient. He stands by his products, is very honest & will take care of any issues that might arise. I also love that he is the owner & not part of a chain. Please be sure to stop by his store if you are in the market for a mattress!

Always a great experience at Mattress Stop! I bought a mattress from Ramin about 5 or 6 years ago. The mattress was fantastic the whole time. I was buying a smaller bed and didn’t want to go anywhere else but back to the Mattress Stop. Great customer service, very knowledgeable about their products, and laid back sales tactics that don’t make you feel pressured. He gives you time to try out the mattresses for yourself and ponder your decision without hovering, which sets this store apart from just about any corporate store you can think of. The prices are also fantastic and very reasonable. As long as I’m in LA and they’ll deliver to me I’ll continue going here for any mattress needs that come up.

Mattress shopping is never easy, so I referred to my chat and was told to go to Mattress Stop. With Ramin's help, I found the perfect bed at a reasonable price in 10 minutes. The bed is amazing, but the customer service is even better. They called when they said they would, and delivery was a breeze. Don't bother looking anywhere else, just go to Mattress Stop.

First mattress store my husband and I visited, we walked away happy and excited for our new mattress. David was amazing! He had five other customers walk in after us and juggled everyone in a swift manner. Super helpful and answered all our questions.

Very knowledgable staff, they asked questions to ensure I was getting the correct mattress. Also, the price was right! They were VERY accommodating for the delivery as I had to change it a couple of time.

I have never seen a company go so far above and beyond for a customer. A dear friend with serious medical challenges needed a very specific bed to sleep without pain, and this incredible team delivered and replaced the bed three different times just to make sure everything was perfect. That kind of care, compassion, and service is rare. If there were 10 stars, they would deserve every single one.
God Bless
