Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Mattress Stop Affiliate Program ("Program"). These Affiliate Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Program. By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Program Eligibility

To participate in the Mattress Stop Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Submit a complete affiliate application.
• Provide accurate and current contact information.
• Maintain a website, social media presence, email audience, or other approved promotional channel.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Mattress Stop reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.

Affiliate Approval

Submission of an affiliate application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed based on brand fit, audience quality, marketing methods, and compliance history.

Mattress Stop may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke participation at its sole discretion.

Commission Structure

Standard Commission

Affiliates earn a commission of 5% on qualifying mattress sales generated through their referral links.

Performance-Based Commission

High-performing affiliates may qualify for commissions of up to 10% based on monthly sales volume, conversion performance, and promotional effectiveness.

Mattress Stop reserves the right to modify commission rates with reasonable notice.

Qualifying Sales

A commission is earned only when all of the following conditions are met:

• The customer uses the affiliate's tracking link.
• The order is successfully completed and paid.
• The order is not refunded, cancelled, or charged back.
• The sale is not identified as fraudulent.
• The order falls within the referral tracking period.

The following do not qualify for commissions:

• Cancelled orders
• Refunded orders
• Fraudulent transactions
• Self-purchases
• Duplicate transactions
• Orders generated through prohibited methods

Tracking & Cookies

Mattress Stop uses cookies and referral tracking technologies to attribute sales.

• Standard cookie duration: 30 days.
• The most recent valid referral may receive credit for a sale.
• Tracking depends on browser settings and customer device behavior.

Mattress Stop cannot guarantee commission attribution when tracking data is unavailable or incomplete.

Payment Terms

Commissions are paid monthly after verification and applicable return periods have expired.

Payment Requirements

• Minimum payout threshold: $50.
• Affiliate account must remain in good standing.
• Valid payment information must be maintained.

Payment Methods

• PayPal
• Bank Transfer
• Other approved payment methods

Affiliates are responsible for all taxes, fees, and reporting obligations associated with their earnings.

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Mattress Stop through approved channels including:

• Websites
• Blogs
• Social Media
• Email Newsletters
• Video Content
• Approved Online Advertising

All promotional content must:

• Be truthful and accurate.
• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships.
• Represent the Mattress Stop brand professionally.
• Comply with advertising regulations.

Affiliate Disclosure Requirement

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Mattress Stop when promoting products.

Example: "As a Mattress Stop Affiliate, I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through my links at no additional cost to you."

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Make false or misleading claims.
• Guarantee medical or health benefits.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Use deceptive advertising methods.
• Generate fraudulent orders or leads.
• Manipulate referral tracking systems.
• Impersonate Mattress Stop.
• Bid on Mattress Stop trademarks without approval.

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Intellectual Property

Mattress Stop grants affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved logos, banners, product images, and marketing materials.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify logos without permission.
• Claim ownership of Mattress Stop trademarks.
• Use brand assets after termination.
• Create confusingly similar brands or websites.

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Mattress Stop.

Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time.

Mattress Stop may immediately terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, brand misuse, or legal concerns.

Upon termination:

• Referral links may be deactivated.
• Marketing materials must be removed.
• Future commissions cease immediately.
• Commissions earned through violations may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

Mattress Stop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.

The Program is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Program

Mattress Stop reserves the right to modify the Program, commission rates, payment schedules, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication on the Mattress Stop website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
